    Carson Hager is the president and founder of Cynergy. With a formal background in finance and management combined with a long career in software development, Carson now focuses on driving the company's growth and developing the next generation of Cynergy leaders worldwide.

  • As Vice President of Reseach & Development, Dave Wolf leads the R&D group that creates and drives Cynergy's vision, future growth opportunities and thought leadership. Dave is an avid and engaging speaker, and can be frequently found presenting Cynergy's research and innovation work at conferences worldwide, in the press and to industry analysts.

    In earlier lives, Dave held senior engineering and marketing management positions at major enterprise software corporations including Microsoft and Sybase. Based in Cynergy's Washington DC office, Dave is often on the road more than he is in the District, passionately spreading his belief that digital experiences can affect serious business change by motivating people to change their behaviors.   • As the Vice President of Digital Experiences, Mark is responsible for all of Cynergy's software product development and design services worldwide. Whether working with our customers, business partners, user experience group, or technical leadership, Mark keeps everyone focused on building rich, engaging, powerful software.

    Mark has a formal education in computer science and a career spent in management and consulting. Although based out of Cynergy's San Diego office, Mark is frequently on the road in one of our many offices meeting with our development teams and working towards the success of their projects.     Keith is responsible for financial and business operations at Cynergy including accounting, legal and human resources. Keith also feeds our constant appetite for offices around the world as our lead in property management and development. When not opening unique spaces in Boston, Washington or London, you can find him in our Washington DC headquarters managing the financial strategy of our aggressive growth.

    Before joining Cynergy Systems, Inc., he held executive positions with firms in numerous industries, including stints with other high tech firms and financial services firms.     Chad is responsible for fueling growth while remaining faithful to Cynergy's mission and brand. Focused on creating long-term strategic relationships with clients as well as finding the most challenging business problems to solve, Chad keeps everyone focused on ensuring the experience of interacting with Cynergy is as incredible as the solutions delivered.

    Chad comes to Cynergy with over 18 years of business development, account management, sales, and marketing experience in a wide range of industries, having worked in executive and account management positions for Dassault Systems Spatial, Metris Technologies, and the AMA.   • Todd is Cynergy’s General Counsel and is responsible for coordinating the company's legal matters. An experienced attorney with more than a decade of broad legal experience, Todd has significant involvement in complex contract negotiation, commercial transactions, corporate law, commercial & corporate finance, M&A, real estate, and technology law.

    Prior to joining Cynergy, Todd worked in software development and consulting before working for several years in private practice and also spending several years as in-house counsel at a Fortune 100 company.     Aaron Adams leads the User Experience Group at Cynergy, an award-winning creative team that specializes in world-class user experience design. Using Cynergy's unique and proven LookFirst approach to Rich Internet Application development, Aaron's group drives the user experience design as well as information architecture facets of all Cynergy projects.

    Prior to Cynergy, Aaron led product development and design for WorkLife Media, recognized as an Adobe MAX Award finalist for consumer-facing applications. He studied Visual Communications at Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids, MI. You can reach Aaron at aaron.adams@cynergy.com

  • As the Director of Technical Leadership, Aaron Cloutier heads the Technical Lead group at Cynergy, who form the core of Cynergy's project teams, acting as consultants, team leads and application architects. Cloutier supports this group as mentor and coordinator, and constantly strives to improve the way Cynergy develops solutions.

    Prior to joining Cynergy, Cloutier was part of an e-learning R&D group and before that, he lead a usability prototyping effort for embedded devices. He has both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Rochester Institute of Technology, where he developed his own degree program blending arts and technology before it was cool.     As Cynergy's Director of Research, Kes leads research into the future of digital experience and engagement. He is a world-renowned innovator and the inventor of ThinkCube, an innovation tool used by top companies around the globe. He is a leading thinker and speaker on innovation strategy and the science of engagement, and one of the first researchers to use game design principles to create engaging enterprise systems.

    Kes has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of technology innovation—from R&D into artificial intelligence to game design. Recently, he's imagining the future of products, services, and technology based on the latest research in neuroscience, anthropology, sociology and behavioral economics.   • As the Director of Program Management, James leads the Cynergy group responsible for meeting customer expectations around budget, time, and quality; while supporting the creative and technical teams that make Cynergy tick.

    James joins Cynergy with extensive experience in project management and management consulting, with broad experience across a number of senior management roles in the financial, healthcare, and technology sectors.

    As Director of Strategy, Chris focuses on new ways to apply Cynergy's years of award-winning expertise in user experience design and application development to solve problems in the delivery and execution of healthcare and other markets.

    Previous to his role at Cynergy, Chris was director, strategic accounts at WebMD, solution sales executive at IMS Health, where he worked with biotech and pharma companies on a number of marketplace issues, including patient adherence and compliance.   • As Director of Development, Justin grows and supports the UI and services Development Groups at Cynergy. Developers come to Cynergy with a passion to work on industry leading applications that deliver the kind of quality, attention to detail, and polish within that is implied by their visual finishes.

    Always a curious learner, Justin's career has spanned everything from embedded systems to rich UI development. With over 15 years as a serious engineer, including many as a Cynergy Developer and Technical Lead, he is continually excited to work closely with the amazing talent our company has cultivated.
